Shipping
Most IndoorOutdoorStore shipments are delivered by Fed-EX
or UPS ground, which normally takes 5-9 business days or
less for delivery (larger shipments may require Motor Freight). All shipments require a physical
address (we cannot ship to a PO box number) and a phone number, which the
carrier can call if they have a delivery problem or questions. Items damaged
in shipment will be replaced at no cost to you. See our

8. Why do some
products have a "Preassembled" Option and others don't?
The Indoor Outdoor Store believes that you should have more choices; so,
on several of our items we've made it possible for you to
choose whether you want your product to arrive "preassembled" or
"unassembled". (Please note that even preassembled products may
require slight assembly). For an extra charge the products with the
assembly option will be shipped mostly preassembled to your home making it
that much easier for you to begin enjoying your new product. Or for
those who wish to assemble the products themselves we will ship you all of
the parts and pieces along with detailed instructions so that you may
assemble your new product to suit your needs! It's that simple!
